On the road

I went to film some stuff outside the city and this are some of the pics I took while waiting on traffic for 8 hours

This taken at a city called "Quetzaltenango" wich means in Nahuatl "The place of many Quetzals" but most people call this city Xela or Xelaju wich means in maya "Under the ten mountains", because of the ten mountains surrounding the valley.

This girl with the colorful mayan clothing is carring her son on her back... this is the way the people from outside the city carry the babies... A lot of girls outside the city between the ages of 12 and 15 years have babies and get married and lose every oportunity of going to school

This guy was picking up the garbage that was left on the road by turists.... almost 7 million of the population survives with only 2 dolars a day
